Welcome to RASP! — The Redmond Association of Spokenword, founded in January 1997, is the home of spoken word performance on King County's Eastside. Throughout its history, RASP has promoted written and spoken arts in East King County through inclusive education programming and performance events.

Tim Elhajj is the author of Dopefiend: A Father's Journey from Addiction to Redemption. His nonfiction essays and articles have appeared in The New York Times, Brevity, Guernica, Sweet, The Yalobusha Review, Together, and Relief.
